This module accepts input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups. It then converts these signals into a digital Keyphasor signal, which marks when a Keyphasor mark on a rotating shaft aligns with the transducer. This once-per-turn or multiple-event-per-turn pulse is critical for:

  • Measuring shaft rotative speed.

  • Determining vector parameters like 1X vibration amplitude and phase.

The original 125792-01 PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) has been replaced by the 149369-01 module, which enhances signal processing capabilities while maintaining full backward compatibility in terms of form, fit, and function. The enhanced version includes:

  • Generation of once-per-turn event signals from multi-event-per-turn inputs.

  • Field-upgradeable firmware for future updates.

  • Asset management data reporting to track system health.

Designed for industrial applications, the 3500/25 module is configured for various I/O options, including isolated and non-isolated versions. It also features two buffered Keyphasor outputs located at both the front and back of the rack, enabling easy integration with external diagnostic equipment.
