The P0914YZ (FCM2F2) is a Fieldbus Communications Extender for Foxboro I/A Series and Foxboro Evo systems. It converts 2 Mbps HDLC Fieldbus electrical signals into optical pulses, enabling long-distance communication over fiber optics. This eliminates EMI/RFI interference and provides full galvanic isolation between plant areas, making it ideal for remote instrument houses or satellite I/O clusters.
Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the module is G3-rated, supports wide temperature ranges, and provides reliable signal extension up to 2 km (1.24 miles).
