Signal Transmission

Measured signals are transmitted through the internal RS485 bus to the A6500-CC Communication Card. The Com Card converts these signals to Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP protocols for further transmission to host computers or analysis systems. Additionally, the Com Card facilitates communication through a USB socket on the faceplate, enabling PC/laptop connection for card configuration and measurement visualization.

Analog Outputs

The card also provides analog outputs (0/4 - 20 mA) for measurement results, which share a common ground and are electrically isolated from the system supply.
