Introduction

The DeltaV™ SX Controller offers robust communication and control functions, seamlessly integrating field devices and other nodes on the control network. The SX and SQ controllers provide a range of options to match the controller capacity to the specific needs of your process. These controllers feature new ease-of-use enhancements that eliminate the need for mounting screws, speeding up cabinet assembly.

Control strategies and system configurations developed on earlier DeltaV systems are fully compatible with this powerful controller. The SX Controller includes all the features and functions of the M-series controllers, including support for CHARM-based Electronic Marshalling. The control languages executed by these controllers are detailed in the Control Software product data sheet.

LED Indicators
