Overview
The DIO248, DIO264, and DIO280 input/output modules are designed for controlling digital consumers such as contactors, relays, pneumatic and hydraulic valves. They can also read signals from digital sensors, detectors, or switches. Key features include:
- Event Reaction: Up to 8 configurable interrupt inputs for event reactions.
- Counting Capability: Up to 4 counters available for detecting positions or counting items.
- PWM Operation: Outputs can be operated as PWM for energy-saving, especially useful for valve operations with a configurable hold time of up to 2 seconds.
- Parallel Connectivity: Outputs can be connected in parallel when operated in the same mode.
- Channel Configuration: 48, 64, or 80 digital channels available, with 16 channels configurable as input or output.
- Status Display: Each channel has an LED status indicator.
- Voltage Range: Supply voltage of 18 to 34 VDC with protection against reverse polarity.
- Cost-Effective and Space-Saving Design.
