The Bently Nevada 3300/45 is a crucial Dual Differential Expansion Monitor designed for the Bently Nevada 3300 Series machinery protection system. This module is essential for continuous monitoring of differential expansion, particularly in large turbines and compressors. It helps to prevent damage caused by thermal expansion or contraction, a critical factor in machinery protection. By monitoring the differential expansion of rotating equipment, it provides valuable data on the health of critical components such as rotors and stators.

Equipped with two independent channels, the 3300/45 can accept inputs from two proximity probe/Proximitor sensor systems. This flexibility allows it to track the expansion of different components in parallel. The module is ideal for proactive maintenance, detecting issues like thermal bowing or rotor-stator rubs, which can lead to catastrophic failures if undetected.

The 3300/45 also includes a Quad Relay (Epoxy-sealed) and offers real-time data on an LCD display, making it easy for operators to monitor system health.
