Overview

A DC 32-Circuit Source/Sink I/O Block is an intelligent, configurable module designed to connect controllers to devices that transmit or receive binary signals. These blocks are versatile and compatible with a wide range of input devices, including both 2-wire and 3-wire electronic proximity switches.

The outputs are suitable for controlling low-power devices such as relays, contactors, and indicator lamps. Two models are available:

• 12/24 VDC 32-Circuit Source Block (IC66*BBD024): Supplies current to field output devices.
• 5/12/24 VDC 32-Circuit Sink Block (IC66*BBD025): Receives current from field output devices.
