The Triconex 4211-3 is a specialized Remote Site Receive Module (SRXM) kit designed to extend the high-speed I/O bus of a Triconex safety system over long distances. Supplied as a matched set of three modules to maintain Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR), the 4211-3 uses single-mode fiber optic technology to link remote I/O stations to the main controller.

Functioning as the remote endpoint for the 4210-3 master RXM, the 4211-3 enables distributed control architectures while ensuring the core safety logic remains isolated from harsh or distant field environments. Its fault-tolerant design and comprehensive diagnostics make it ideal for mission-critical industrial applications requiring remote I/O integration.
