The Triconex 3625C1 Digital Output (DO) Module is a high-performance output module designed for Tricon Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). It provides a reliable interface between the Tricon safety controller and final control elements such as solenoid valves, relays, and actuators in safety-critical applications.

The module supports both supervised and non-supervised output configurations. In supervised mode, the hardware continuously monitors field wiring integrity, detecting open and short circuits without disturbing the output state. Its rugged industrial design delivers strong immunity to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring dependable operation in harsh environments.
