The FCM10E (P0914YM) is a high-speed communication gateway for the Foxboro I/A Series. It bridges DIN rail-mounted Fieldbus Modules (FBMs) with the primary control station via a 10 Mbps Ethernet trunk, performing real-time protocol conversion between Ethernet and 2 Mbps HDLC Module Fieldbus.
Designed for mission-critical reliability, the FCM10E provides galvanic isolation to protect control integrity and features a rugged extruded aluminum housing for harsh industrial environments. Hot-swappable design allows replacement without system interruption when deployed redundantly.
